Using Structure's advanced lightweight technology Ribcaps are unique. Structure technology is a specially engineered material that is capable of effectively absorbing impact and can therefore protect your head against injuries like bumps, bruises, grazes, etc... The protection-effect is also guaranteed for low temperatures and for extreme dampness.

StructUre is a lightweight material, much lighter than the d3o used in previous versions of the Ribcap and it also offers 100% breathability which was a disadvantage of previous models. StructUre offers excellent head protection, and the NEW Ribcap is currently subject to an application for a completely new "soft head protection" category in European CE Safety rankings, that has been inspired specifically by the revolutionary design of the Ribcap.

How StructUre ™ works:

Upon impact StructUre ™ material changes from a lightweight flexible material into a semi-rigid or fully rigid state depending on the size of the impact. This cushions the Ribcap user's head protecting them from bumps, cuts and grazes…

Fashionable and safe - this really is much better than wearing nothing and the next best thing to wearing a helmet.

IMPORTANT: Please note that although Ribcap with Structure technology offers much greater protection than a regular cap, Ribcap does not offer complete head protection nor comply with any standards established for protective headgear like helmets.
